• Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice
• Payment information is processed securely by third-party providers
• Refunds are provided according to our refund policy (30 days)

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of your billing period. No partial refunds for unused time within a billing period.

Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, graphics, and code, is owned by Ever Collar and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not:

• Copy, modify, or create derivative works
• Use our trademarks or branding without permission
• Remove or alter copyright notices
• Use the Service for competitive purposes

Termination

By You

You may terminate your account at any time through the app settings. Upon termination, your data will be deleted as described in our Privacy Policy.

By Us

We may suspend or terminate your account if you:

• Violate these Terms
• Engage in fraudulent or illegal activity
• Harm or harass other users
• Fail to pay for subscription services
• Create multiple accounts to evade restrictions

Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be:

• Accurate, reliable, or complete

Dispute Resolution

We may update these Terms from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated via email or through the app. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full effect.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Ever Collar regarding the Service.
